As a US brand our shoes and boots are lasted and sized in US sizes. In recent months we have implemented a companywide revision of our size conversion to bring consistency to our multi-branded business. This may mean the labelling on the boots and/or box may differ from your order. However, your order will have been cross referenced with the US size in our conversion chart to ensure your boots should fit as expected.

All Muck® Boots are constructed with high-grade materials and natural rubber. As a natural material, it is important your rubber boots are maintained and stored appropriately to help prolong their life.

The rubber and neoprene upper are very durable and clean up easily with tepid water to remove mud, debris and any contaminants. Allow to dry naturally at room temperature and condition regularly to keep the rubber supple. There are many examples of rubber boot care products on the market including Grangers Rubber Boot Care Spray.

For leather uppers use a suitable leather care product. Once dry, any woven/fabric upper panels can be gently brushed with a soft brush to remove any remaining mud.

I always wear Muck Boots, and love them. I have never had a problem with fit before. I am a size 4, and always order size 4. However, these come up very big, and also feel wide. I had to buy some insoles, and now they are great. I think a size 3 might have been OK, but I just never thought they would come up so big. Still love them though, and love the colour.

Truly these boots deserve their five star review. I treated myself to a second pair in a different colour because my first pair have proven to be so wonderful. Durable, light to wear yet strong and sturdy with great grip. I would trust no other footwear in slippery conditions. People admire them so they must look good on. I’ve never had such a fantastic pair of boots for dog walking in muddy fields, sea shore, grasslands. I value them highly. It’s hard to wean myself off them when I need to wear other footwear…

Being a half size I ordered the size up and it’s very generous but I’m not sure I could wear the size down. Lots of room on the top of the foot. They are comfy for dog walking and have great tread but don’t seem to be especially grippy in icy conditions, which I had hoped for. Only worn twice so far so it’s too early to judge the quality, but I’ve been happy with my previous pair (different style) apart from the fact that they have worn down rather quickly, so maybe the better tread on this style will prevent that. My feet have been pleasantly cosy in them!

I have had a pair of short boots for dog walking about 5 years. To be honest there are very few days in the year I don’t wear them, walking on grass early mornings in Yorkshire definitely warrants waterproof boots even in the height of summer. So I decided it must be time for a new pair and a half price offer was the nudge I needed. Lots of walking friends complain about cold feet but I never have cold feet in my Muck Boots. I recommend to all my friends.

I ordered these and a pair of forager tall boots. I used the sizing guidance on the site and needed a 7 even though all my previous Muck Boots (I have had a fair few - and shoes!) have been a 6. The forager boots fit well but these ones, which are the ones I really wanted are enormous! Although both size 7, you can see there is big difference and around the ankles, too. Maybe they have been mis-sized, I am waiting to hear back. I thought the picture may be helpful to anyone wondering about the sizing.

I purchased the Arctic Sport 11 Ankle boot last month to replace a pair of Muck Scrub boots I that had worn out tread after about 6 years of use. I have a pair of Muck All Terrain Artic Grip boots for the winter-early spring that fit perfectly and have amazing grip on icy, wet ground. I really liked the agressive tread and light weight of the Artic Sport boots. Unfortunately the fit, width wise, did not work for my narrow feet. I work with field dogs and need a tighter fitting, supportive boot We have used six different Muck boot styles over the past years. The company makes very good products and always has great customer service.

I've worn Mucks for over 16 years. bought my first pair in Vermont and as a birder, I use them often in wet seasons and conditions in the field. But this year I noticed my old boots were not as comfortable as they had always been on longer bird walks, so I replaced them. my new boots are very different but super comfortable. I was birding on a beach near our home in California when I didn't see an incoming wave and got swamped. Love my boots after month of wearing daily for dog walks and horsey chores. Very comfy with good cushioning and stability for feet. The only teeny tiny thing I would feedback is for the back of the welly to be a bit stiffer so I could slip them on without bending down to pull on with loops on the back of the boot. I’ve usually got keys, phone and dog lead in hand so having hands free boot slip on would be good. Highly recommend and I’ve tried lots of other brands and these are the best so far.

I was very disappointed with my purchase . The description said the artic boots had a fleecy lining . They feel no different to my muck boot wellies . Customer services don’t seem to grasp that I am a disappointed customer who feels the description mislead / over promised . I have returned the boots at my own cost . Very disappointed also by the lack of interest shown by customer services . They were not willing to refund my return postage . The boots are a fab colour and if they had been as described I wouldn’t have been happy with them , but they don’t feel any better than my wellies !

These boots are very high quality, very sturdy, well constructed and made. And the details are good, such as the loops on the ankle which are a real help to getting them on and off. I find the fit to be not that great though - I marked them as 'true to size,' but the truth is they are a little tight in the toe area and too loose around the ankles. I inserted some heel grips and along with thick socks, that does improve the looseness at the back - but then they feel too tight in the front. I had trouble with a previous pair of Muckboots which chafed my calves (hence buying an ankle pair this time), so maybe Muck boots simply aren't for me? I'll add that they could definitely improve the returns process. 'Select a courier of your choice' is not as customer-friendly as many other companies.

I love my tall arctic boots which I’ve had for years but after a bad experience with the outscape boots I was anxious about buying more. I needn’t have worried, these are as comfortable and hard wearing as the other arctics, I’ve not had them off since they arrived. I’m on my feet all day and they’ve given me no issues at all, and the soles have a good grip. The wide ankle might let heavy rain in, that’s my only down side, but I have my tall ones for those days.
