MY ORDER

When your order and payment goes through, you will be directed to a confirmation page. You will then receive an order confirmation email. It could take up to 20 minutes for the email to reach your inbox depending on your email provider. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from DPD with your tracking number. The tracking number will take you to DPD’s website to check the whereabouts of your parcel.

We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible.

Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the details on the order.

If we are unable to intercept it, you may return unworn products within 14 days from receipt of goods.

Items can be dispatched from multiple locations, so they may arrive at different times.

If all expected deliveries have arrived but you are still missing part of your order, please contact [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.

If you believe you have received the wrong item or an item in the incorrect size or colour, please contact [email protected]. To help us investigate this quicker, please include the order number, images of the item you have received and an image of the inside label.

Please do not return your item before contacting [email protected] as we are unable to credit postage costs.

Please do not attempt to fix or repair the item as this will invalidate your warranty.

On occasion, we might find that the item you ordered is no longer available. In the rare occurrence that this happens, we will sadly have to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Your refund will show in your bank account within 5 to 7 working
days as this depends on your bank’s processes.

Delivery normally takes 2-3 working days. Orders will need to be placed before 2pm Mon - Fri.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise purchased from

We do not currently offer exchanges for items you wish to return for a different item or size.

If you wish to order a different pair or change the size of your product, we advise that you return the item to us and place an additional order to avoid delay and disappointment.

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow 5 to 7 working days for a refund to be reflected in your account, as this depends on your bank’s processes. We do not credit for delivery costs incurred during your purchase.

Absolutely! Our boots are fully lined with neoprene making them 100% waterproof to the top.

IT'S ALL IN THE DESIGN. ALL MUCK® BOOTS ARE 100% WATERPROOF KEEPING FEET WARM, DRY AND PROTECTED IN HARSH WEATHER AND MESSY WORKING CONDITIONS.

THE SECRET: Our exclusive, self-insulating, waterproof NEOPRENE shell construction.

The NEOPRENE bootie material acts as a "neutral medium" between inside and outside temperatures. Naturally lightweight, and very comfortable, the material keeps the foot and lower leg warm and protected in cold and wet conditions.

Natural rubber overlays act as a protective skin for the upper bootie. The upper has a triple-reinforced toe area and quadruple-reinforced heel area. The outsole is made of high abrasion natural rubber. The rubber in the boots will stay flexible for years.

Once you’ve tried on a pair of Mucks, you won’t find the same level of comfort in other wellies.

We are working on partnering with a recycling company for rubber wellington boots – watch this space! In the meantime, please drop old wellies to your local recycling centre or read about our upcycling ideas here.

Yes, all Muck Boot wellies have removable insoles should you wish to use customised insoles.

SIZE & FIT

SIZE v FIT? Everyone’s feet are individual, and we know correctly fitting boots are important. Remember SIZE and FIT are different and any size guide can only be indicative. Fit is affected by the style, last and manufacturing technique used.
In most instances our sizing runs true but using our measuring guide will help direct you to the right choice.

The correct fit allows for room in the toe box (your feet get longer flatter and wider when under load) and no heel slip. Too big and the heel slip risks damage to you and the boot. Too small and you risk black and bruised toes as
they hit the end of the boot.

Most people who wear half sizes choose to size up for a comfortable fit. Women’s styles are specifically built on a women’s last, which has a slightly slimmer foot shape to men’s styles. Our unisex styles are built on a men’s last and are slightly roomier than our women’s styles.

Neoprene has several features that lend it to making boots – waterproof, self-insulating, breathable, shock-absorbing, flexible, and exceptionally comfortable. However, its stretch-ability also means we can accommodate a range of calf shapes and sizes than regular boots. We also have a collection of mid-height wellington boots that offer all the style and practical benefits of our wider calf wellies, but with a lower cut that many find more comfortable.

While we have invested heavily in our shape and sizing, our boots often do not have a lacing system to customise the fit. If your boots slip at the heel, placing heel grips inside will help secure your foot and minimise wear to the neoprene lining.

CARE

Your new boots are constructed with high-grade natural rubber. As a natural material, it is important your rubber boots are maintained and stored appropriately to prolong their life.

For leather products, we would recommend cleaning with a damp cloth, and use a stiff shoe brush to remove stubborn dirt. Nourish the leather to keep them supple and resistant to water penetration.

For minor punctures, the natural rubber can be repaired with sealant found in local hardware stores. We recommend Stormsure Flexible Adhesive. First, clean the punctured area thoroughly with mineral spirits. Then, apply the sealant over affected area and wipe to a thin film. The sealant should air dry for at least 24 hours. Please note any alterations, repairs or modifications not performed by us will invalidate the limited warranty.

Our products are manufactured to the highest standard and quality checked throughout the process, and again prior to leaving the factory. We offer a limited one-year warranty for products purchased through our website www.muckbootcompany.eu.
