TRACKING ORDERS
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking number. The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to track your parcel.
TIMING OF ORDERS
We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Orders are processed in our warehouse from 9am to 2pm Mon - Fri. If your order is placed on a bank holiday, after 2pm, late on a Friday or on the weekend, please expect a small delay.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Due to EU implementing Import One-Stop Shop Scheme, we can only deliver orders to Germany, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Austria.
BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Please expect a slight delay over UK bank holidays. Orders will be fulfilled on the next working day and will take between 3-5 working days to be delivered.
Any orders placed on a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday. Working days are Mon - Fri excluding bank holidays.
DELIVERIES OF MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order more than one item, they could be dispatched from different locations and therefore arrive at different times. You will receive dispatch notifications from the courier with tracking for each individual parcel.
The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to check the whereabouts of your parcel.
