TRACKING ORDERS

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking number. The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to track your parcel.

TIMING OF ORDERS

We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible. If your order is placed on a UK public holiday, after 2pm, late on a Friday or on the weekend, please expect a small delay.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Due to EU implementing Import One-Stop Shop Scheme, we can only deliver orders to Germany, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Austria.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY DELIVERY

Please expect a slight delay over UK public holidays. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day and will take between 3-5 working days to be delivered.

DELIVERIES OF MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you order more than one item, they could be dispatched from different locations and therefore arrive at different times. You will receive dispatch notifications from the courier with tracking for each individual parcel.
