    Please Note: Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and after 2pm on a Friday will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday. Working days are Mondays to Fridays excluding bank holidays.

    TRACKING ORDERS

    As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit www.dpd.de to track your order.

    SATURDAY DELIVERIES

    Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a Saturday.

    TIMING OF ORDERS

    We process orders in our warehouse from 9am to 2pm Mondays to Fridays. Therefore, if your order is placed on a bank holiday, after 2pm, late on a Friday or on the weekend, please expect a small delay.

    DELIVERY LOCATIONS

    Due to EU implementing Import One-Stop Shop Scheme, we can only deliver orders to Germany, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Austria.

    BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY

    Over National UK bank holidays delivery will be delayed. Orders will be fulfilled on the next working day and will take 3 to 5 working days to be delivered.
