As a US brand our shoes and boots are lasted and sized in US sizes. In recent months we have implemented a companywide revision of our size conversion to bring consistency to our multi-branded business. This may mean the labelling on the boots and/or box may differ from your order. However, your order will have been cross referenced with the US size in our conversion chart to ensure your boots should fit as expected.

If you are making a repeat order note the US size you have as the US size is consistent.

All Muck® Boots are constructed with high-grade materials and natural rubber. As a natural material, it is important your rubber boots are maintained and stored appropriately to help prolong their life.

The rubber and neoprene upper are very durable and clean up easily with tepid water to remove mud, debris and any contaminants. Allow to dry naturally at room temperature and condition regularly to keep the rubber supple. There are many examples of rubber boot care products on the market including Grangers Rubber Boot Care Spray.

For leather uppers use a suitable leather care product. Once dry, any woven/fabric upper panels can be gently brushed with a soft brush to remove any remaining mud.

I purchased a pair of Hale muck boots in August 2023. By September they were showing signs of coming apart, starting to split, on the sides , by November they were leaking badly. Obviously, very disappointing as they are not cheap and lasted less time than 20 euro wellingtons. I contacted the company in December and have heard nothing back as yet.

With narrow feet, buying wellies is always a challenge. With 2 pairs of insoles in the boot and 2 pairs of thick socks on, I can manage to walk a few miles in my new boots with reasonable comfort. I would love it if you could make just one style in a narrow fitting because I can't be the only person who struggles to wear wellies.

I wear these every single morning for my walk in the neighbours vineyard and I garden in them. I wore out my last pair in two years and needed to replace them as some of the rubber trim was pulling away and undermining the seams. The waterproof boots withstood heat and cold like a champ. They are so easy to put on and take off and my feet are always comfortable and my feet don't sweat! Originally recommended to me by a friend who is a bug scout for farmers and she swears by them.

Purchases this Hale boot back in 2018. I was a manager and property care taker for a Kennel. Working basically 24/7 always on call. I got a size 9 in my normal size but I should have gone down half a size. Wore it for 2 years all seasons long in Michigan and it was comfortable but being that it was roomy even with thick socks, I over worked my nerves in my feet trying to keep it tight on my feet that now I have sciatica. I will be replacing it with a size smaller this time. I never slippewhen it was nothing but ice walking from the hous across the ling driveway, into the parking lot and then in the kennel where I was always cleaning, grooming, bathing dogs, running etc etc. Best light boot for all seasons!

I bought these a little over a year ago and I’m so impressed! I have very few shoes I can wear for extended periods of time due to my back issues, but I can wear these all day long comfortably. I’ve worn them in the pouring rain, through clay mud, and in low water and my feet/lower legs have stayed dry and they clean up easily. These fit true to size. I do have to wear thicker socks in the freezing weather and my legs tend to get a bit warm from the tall boot during hotter months, but my feet are never sweaty in these boots which is a huge plus for me. I’m very satisfied with these boots, in fact my daughter keeps borrowing them from me because they’re so comfortable! I’m getting her a pair soon now that we wear the same size shoe!

After reading some of the reviews, I decided to order them a little larger than my regular size since I put an insert in my shoes and boots. Great for walking the dog in local fields and woodland. Easy to put on & take off, very light & comfortable and far superior to ordinary wellies. Slightly large for a regular size 5; this allows for my bespoke insoles to be inserted easily but the fit is still slightly too wide & loose - my heel raises and foot moves around when walking. I'm still working on resolving this issue. However, the boots are brilliant for shortish (up to 5 miles) walks.

Looked all over for a good pair of boots that weren't snow boots and available in my size. These muck boots were ideal. Good price and quick delivery. Only negative is that the boots are baggy between my heel and ankle and I don't have particularly small legs and I chose women's boots over unisex versions for this reason having had this problem before. Excellent all round boot, suitable for all weathers.

I am a 6.5 UK shoe size and have a 34cm calf width. I bought the Hale in size 6 and they fit perfectly, even the calf is excellent - I thought it might be too big and flap around as I walk, but it fits snugly without being restrictive at all. You can feel how warm they are for your feet as soon as you put them on so no more double layers required. The grip in the mud has been excellent and today I waded almost knee deep in the flooded river and remained dry as a bone. The only thing I have found is that ankle length socks ride down my foot so today I tried knee length socks and that resolved that issue. They have not rubbed at all - I even wore them bare foot when my ankle sock problem got the better of me with no blisters or sore patches as a result. I have found them to be very comfortable for my daily 6 mile dog walk and I think they look very stylish too. Would definitely recommend.

A perfect fit, they don't rub and they feel like you are wearing trainers not boots. Perfect for wandering round the woods walking the dogs in the mud and the wet.

These boots are warm, supple and easy to pull on. Mine have proved invaluable in the mud recently and I have been impressed by the grip. I was concerned because the treads don't appear very deep but they seem good so far.
