All Muck® Boots are constructed with high-grade materials and natural rubber. As a natural material, it is important your rubber boots are maintained and stored appropriately to help prolong their life.

The rubber and neoprene upper are very durable and clean up easily with tepid water to remove mud, debris and any contaminants. Allow to dry naturally at room temperature and condition regularly to keep the rubber supple. There are many examples of rubber boot care products on the market including Grangers Rubber Boot Care Spray.

For leather uppers use a suitable leather care product. Once dry, any woven/fabric upper panels can be gently brushed with a soft brush to remove any remaining mud.

I bought my boots nearly a year ago. I’m surprised by a lot of the reviews. I loved my boots they have undoubtedly been most comfortable boots over had to date. Sadly as a few on here have mentioned, they started to leak. The heals split at the back and I’ve also found started to come away and leak at the edges. I emailed customer service and they have refunded the original amount. I am looking into buying another muck boot. They were significantly the most comfortable & they’re policy states they’ll refund within the year of theres an issue. I’m surprised how few have been refunded.

Originally I was pleased with the comfort and waterproof quality but after one month of use for dog walking the seal at the back has lifted meaning they now leak. Really disappointing for such an expensive investment, especially to last such a short period of time. Very unhappy and will not be a returning customer!!!

Very disappointed with the quality and customer service. My wife has had these boots for 10mths and the sole has come away from the boot. The customer service has been very poor - she was told it was her fault as she had not looked after the boot correctly! Not true as they are rinsed after most uses as they are stored inside. This was her third pair of muck boots but she will not buy another pair. Boots at this price should be better quality and last longer. Customer service should also be much better.

Very poor customer service - I was told this was my fault as I hadn't looked after the boots properly (I had in fact cleaned them most times they were used as they are stored indoors in a boot room). I've had my boots for approx 7 months and they have started leaking. When I first got them they were very comfy and waterproof, now they rub down the seam of the heel and leak. I just don't wear them now due to this and it seems like a massive waste of money. Disappointed.

I got these in the January sale and was so pleased, comfortable, so warm, so waterproof. I have used them a lot but as with any outdoor shoe or boot I buy they just don’t last. Mine started to leak after 7-8 months. They wore out at the heel and split between the boot and sole.

Purchased them for walking the dog through the fields and woods every morning. Not needed to wear them yet as weather been dry but they feel very comfortable on and look good quality. I previously had a different style muck boot which worked well for the daily walk but they were a bit heavy. These new ones are lighter and I think will be a better style for what I use them for. After a couple of years daily use there was a small split on the back of one of the boots, I only noticed as I was walking through fairly deep water. I have sealed the split in the old pair so hopefully they will still be useful for using in the garden etc.

I've had mine for several years now. I love them. They've kept me warm and dry through the winters in NYC. The only minor issue I've had with them is when there's a lot of ice on the ground. Most sidewalks are salted here, so this hasn't been a huge deal for me. My boots have held up to a lot of schlepping through the city!

I've bought the artic boots so I'm hoping they won't get too warm to wear on rainy summer days and I'm really hoping they last as long as my old pair which have now been regulated to garden duties. Very warm, very comfortable under foot, however the size comes up HUGE! I measured my foot as suggested on the website & I was measuring in between sizes 4 & 5 so to allow for thicker socks I went for the 5……..big mistake! My foot slides around in the boot! I’ve had to buy heel grips and an inner sole to make them fit as the movement in the boot caused me to get blisters. A 4.5 size would have been perfect hence the 4* review.

This is my second pair of muck boots, they live a tough life covered in mud and other unmentionables as I have horses. They are super comfortable, warm and waterproof. Great boots and feel like I can walk through mud and snow with no worries. Seem much more sturdy than my hunter wellies. They fit well but on longer walks have rubbed slightly on the back of ankle, although no skin was broken. Would love to see a pair developed with a higher rubber part as my small dog can jump up with muddy paws on the material which isn’t waterproof. However because of the material, they fit lovely and snug at the top of the boot. They are warm also.

I am converted. These wellies are so comfortable to wear. They're very soft and have a bouncy sole, which really helps with my bad foot. They are also easy to get on and off. I can see why these are more expensive than the average welly as they aren't the average welly. As soon as you get them out of the box you notice how lightweight they are. The fit is good, nice and close but flexible round the leg making them less likely to let water in the top. They are like walking on sponge, so comfortable. I'm a 4 1/2 so didn't want to risk the fit of a 4 so there's plenty of room for an extra pair of socks but they keep you very warm. So far I've worn them walking the dog and hours of pressure washing. I won't settle for anything else now, you want get these off my feet! I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't have a pair

They refunded me but didn't have a replacement, so I purchased the same pair directly from Muck Boot. So far so good, hoping the original ones were just faulty from the start and that these ones will last a few years.
