We offer a variety of cuts and fits to accommodate a diverse customer base, and the exact sizing will vary slightly between styles.

As a US brand our shoes and boots are lasted and sized in US sizes. In recent months we have implemented a companywide revision of our size conversion to bring consistency to our multi-branded business. This may mean the labelling on the boots and/or box may differ from your order. However, your order will have been cross referenced with the US size in our conversion chart to ensure your boots should fit as expected.

If you are making a repeat order note the US size you have as the US size is consistent.

Unisex styles are built on men's last. For ladies with wider feet, we would recommend our unisex styles- as they tend to be roomier than women's styles. Our boots come in standard width D and are currently offered in full sizes. Most people who wear half sizes choose to size up for a comfortable fit, or adjust with socks in different thickness. All Muck® Boots are constructed with high-grade materials and natural rubber. As a natural material, it is important your rubber boots are maintained and stored appropriately to help prolong their life.

The rubber and neoprene upper are very durable and clean up easily with tepid water to remove mud, debris and any contaminants. Allow to dry naturally at room temperature and condition regularly to keep the rubber supple. There are many examples of rubber boot care products on the market including Grangers Rubber Boot Care Spray.

For leather uppers use a suitable leather care product. Once dry, any woven/fabric upper panels can be gently brushed with a soft brush to remove any remaining mud.

I love Muckboots. This is my third pair. However I ordered the same size as usual and one of the boots was very oversized to the point my foot slipped in it, so much so I would say it was faulty/out of tolerance. I emailed and it took over a week for them to reply with a generic copy & paste of their returns policy which did not address my issue specifically or answer my question. I replied again and have had no response. Customer service is extremely poor. It has cost me £15 to return these questionable boots and buy another pair (the same size!) that fit correctly. I like muck boot but after this experience I will be starting to look for alternatives for next time.

First time out and a real test. After 2 hrs in ‘monsoon’ weather fishing on the River Stour, navigating flooded pathways where the river had burst its banks, my feet were dry, cosy and warm. Eventually the sun came out and it warmed up enough to hang my sodden jacket on a gate post to dry out a little.

Not loving these, they are heavy for dog walking and although it says they fit a wider calf I find the neoprene does not stretch. They do have a good grip which is why i bought them after falling over so many times. If only I could send back after a couple of wears!
