Once your order and payment have been received, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Afterwards, you will receive an order confirmation email. Depending on your email provider, it may take up to 20 minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the delivery service with a tracking number. The tracking number will take you to the delivery service's website, where you can check the current status of your parcel.

If you would like to order a different pair or change the size of your product, we advise you to return the item to us and place an additional order to avoid delays and disappointment.

It can happen that shipments are sent from multiple locations and thus may arrive at different times.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item or an item in the wrong size or color, please contact us at info@muckbootcompany.de. To help us process your request more quickly, please provide the order number and send us pictures of the item you received, along with a picture of the delivery note.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@muckbootcompany.eu. To help us resolve your issue faster, please include your order number and the name of the item, add a description, and send us a picture of the fault.
Please do not return your item before contacting us at info@muckbootcompany.de, as we cannot credit shipping costs. Please do not attempt to repair the item, as this will void the warranty.
Occasionally, an item you ordered may no longer be available. In this rare event, we unfortunately have to cancel your order and issue a full refund. A refund to your account will be processed within 5 to 7 business days (depending on your bank's procedures).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise purchased from www.muckbootcompany.eu within 30 days of receipt of your order. You can find all the details here.
We currently do not offer exchanges for items you wish to return for another item or size.
If you wish to order a different pair or change the size of your product, we advise you to return the item to us and place an additional order to avoid delays and disappointment.

THE SECRET: Our exclusive, self-insulating, waterproof NEOPRENE shell construction.
The NEOPRENE boot material acts as a "neutral medium" between the inside and outside temperatures. The naturally lightweight and very comfortable material protects the foot and lower leg in cold and wet conditions, keeping them warm, while natural rubber overlays serve as a protective skin for the upper boot. The shaft has a triple-reinforced toe area and a quadruple-reinforced heel area. The outsole is made of abrasion-resistant natural rubber. The rubber in the boots remains flexible for years.
Once you've tried Muck Boots, other rubber boots won't feel quite as comfortable.
We strive to have all items in stock so that everyone can have warm and dry feet.
We have now introduced notifications that are sent when an item is back in stock. On the product page, please select the desired size, and the "Email me when available" button will appear. Click on it to submit your request. As soon as the desired model/size is back in stock, you will receive an automatic email to notify you.
It's also worth checking our website regularly, as we sometimes receive returns that are then resold.

Yes, all Muck Boot wellington boots have removable insoles if you wish to use custom orthotics.
As a global company, we produce our goods in facilities all over the world and ship internationally. On some products, the outsole is finished with a fine leather powder coating. This treatment is specific to the United States and will no longer be used in future production for goods destined for non-US markets. This coating does not affect the performance of the boots in any way.

TIPS FOR MEASURING
Measure your feet regularly, as they can change in shape and size over time.
Different styles use different lasts in manufacturing, so sizing may vary with a new style over time.
Feet are three-dimensional, any measuring device can only approximate your true size.
Is SIZE equal to FIT? Every foot is individual, and we know that properly fitting shoes are important. Please keep in mind that SIZE and FIT are not the same, and every size chart is only a guideline. The fit is influenced by the style, the lasts, and the manufacturing technique used. In most cases, our sizes are true to size anyway, but our sizing chart should help you choose the right size.
The correct fit provides your feet with enough space in the toe area (your feet become longer, flatter, and wider under stress) and prevents your heels from slipping. If the shoe is too large, the heel will slip, which can damage both your foot and the shoe. If the shoe is too small, you may hit the front of the shoe, which can be very painful for your toes.
Most people who wear half sizes choose a larger size to ensure a comfortable fit. The women's models are specifically built on women's lasts, which have a slightly slimmer foot shape than the men's models. Our unisex models are based on men's lasts and are slightly more spacious than women's models.

Neoprene is ideal for making boots for several reasons – it is waterproof, self-insulating, breathable, shock-absorbing, flexible and exceptionally comfortable. However, this stretchiness also means they can fit a range of calf shapes and sizes, unlike traditional wellington boots.
We also have a collection of mid-height wellington boots that are just as stylish and practical as our wellies for larger calves but with a lower cut that many find more comfortable.
Although we put a lot of effort into the shape and size of our boots, they often lack a lacing system to adjust the fit. If your boots slip at the heel, attaching heel pads to the inside will help secure your foot and minimize wear and tear on the neoprene lining.

Your new boots are made of high-quality natural rubber. As this is a natural material, it is important to care for and store your wellington boots appropriately so that you can enjoy them for a long time.

For leather products, we recommend cleaning with a damp cloth and using a stiff shoe brush to remove stubborn dirt. Condition the leather to keep it supple and resistant to water penetration.
For smaller holes, the natural rubber can be repaired with sealant, which is available at local hardware stores. We recommend Stormsure flexible repair adhesive. First, thoroughly clean the punctured area with white spirit. Then, apply the adhesive to the affected area and wipe it off, leaving only a thin film. The adhesive should air dry for at least 24 hours. Please note that any alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed by us will void the limited warranty.
