We offer a variety of cuts and fits to accommodate a diverse customer base, and the exact sizing will vary slightly between styles.

As a US brand our shoes and boots are lasted and sized in US sizes. In recent months we have implemented a companywide revision of our size conversion to bring consistency to our multi-branded business. This may mean the labelling on the boots and/or box may differ from your order. However, your order will have been cross referenced with the US size in our conversion chart to ensure your boots should fit as expected.

If you are making a repeat order note the US size you have as the US size is consistent.

All Muck® Boots are constructed with high-grade materials and natural rubber. As a natural material, it is important your rubber boots are maintained and stored appropriately to help prolong their life.

The rubber and neoprene upper are very durable and clean up easily with tepid water to remove mud, debris and any contaminants. Allow to dry naturally at room temperature and condition regularly to keep the rubber supple. There are many examples of rubber boot care products on the market including Grangers Rubber Boot Care Spray.

For leather uppers use a suitable leather care product. Once dry, any woven/fabric upper panels can be gently brushed with a soft brush to remove any remaining mud.

I can see why they're endorsed by the RHS. Incredibly reliable, comfortable, and sturdy. My only gripe is that they dont come in half sizes as I was stuck between having a pair that would be too large or too small

Boots arrived quite quickly. They are extremely comfortable and just what I needed. I have a hard time finding boots that are comfortable for me but these have done the trick. Haven't had a chance yet to see how they are in very cold weather but so far I am very pleased.

Got these boots a couple of weeks ago for general gardening and work around the yard. I went with the high ankle boot cut style and it fits true to size. After wearing them now a few times they are very comfortable. There are only two issues of note. With this style the opening around the ankle is quite large and occasionally debris inadvertently falls in there. The other thing is that the tread is very tight and I find the mud collects in there easier than with my previous pair of garden shoes. I'm having to hose them off to get the mud out of all the crevices. I consider those minor issues in comparison to the overall fit, comfort, and waterproofing. Next time I'd likely go with the low-cut version though, like I had with my previous pair.

The only work boots my husband will wear. He loves them

I purchased both the short boot and the full calf length for different situations. so far I've only worn the short boot but is is very comfortable, totally waterproof and warm without being too hot. There is room for a thicker pair of socks without the boot being loose so they will be great as it gets colder.

Muckster 2 I bought a pair of these for dog walking in 2019 from a local garden centre and after 14months they split on top of both boots. They had only been worn a medium amount of time and despite sending them photographs of the boot, showing the splits and sole to prove they had not been abused the "Muck Boot Company" ignored my letter and photographs and after an initial 'we will get back to you' response did not reply further despite numberous emails of complaint. I accepted that they were outside the 12 months guarantee but felt they should not have split as they did. I have concluded that their customer service is awful and I would never buy from them again as they do not appear to care about customers at all. I suspect they will not even post this review as it does their reputation any good at all!
