I love these boots. They’re not cheap but very comfortable, great support on rough ground and waterproof

This is my 3rd pair of these, I really find them comfortable and hold up really well to daily use.

A lovely design and very well made. Light weight, for me unfortunately i found the front of boot and velcro fastening digs into my shin and I have to wear them with zip half fastened and strap very loose, which will probably not make them waterproof in that areas. Very disappointed for the huge price tag

My only gripe with these boots which are super warm, waterproof and rugged enough for work or walking is that the zips jam very quickly if they come into contact with sand so they aren't really suitable if your daily walk includes the beach or if you garden on sandy soil. I wanted a boot that i didn't have to lace up and thought this would be the ideal solution but sadly not for our local conditions. An expensive mistake

I’m so torn with these boots. On the one hand, they are the most comfortable footwear I’ve ever owned. They suit my lifestyle which largely consists of being out walking dogs and I love how I can wear them year round. Cool enough in summer and warm enough in winter. I also like the way they look and that they’re weather proof. However…… I feel for £200 a pair, they really should be lasting me way more than 18 months. This is the third pair of these I’ve had. The first pair lasted a year before the rubber split above the ankle at the back (I’m guessing this is where the boot bends with the flexion of the ankle) on both boots. The second pair lasted only three months before the same happened (and were replaced FOC after more to’ing and fro’ing with the company than was necessary…. Felt like I had to ‘prove my innocence’ unfortunately) and this, my third pair have lasted 18 months before the same happened. In addition, the zip on one of the boots has split and is no longer usable. It really is with a heavy heart I have to say I cannot buy another pair as for the price tag, I really feel it’s reasonable to expect at least a good two years of wear before they start to wear out, let alone become unwearable due to either zip failure or splits which allow water in too easily. Such a shame but just don’t have that level of disposable income. Usually I believe you get what you pay for but in this case I’m honestly better off spending less money more often on cheaper brands. Best pair of muck boots I’ve ever bought! I use them for working with/around dogs and horses and cannot recommend them enough. Super comfy, waterproof, grippy and get lots of compliments on them. The list goes on, I never got any blisters and after 1 year they’re still good as new, both the boot and zip working exactly as the day I got them. 100% worth the money.

I like the boot alot, but I don't love it. The reason I don't love it is because it doesn't fit like all my other pairs of size 9 Mucks. Nice boot but completely different fit. A size 8 1/2 probably would have been a better choice.

I bought these on Amazon from a third party vendor. At first, I loved them. However, after two months the zipper was sticking and I couldn’t zip my boots. That’s after constant maintenance of making sure they were clean and dried of all dirt was removed from the teeth. Unfortunately returning them to the third party vendor and am buying from a different pair from Muck directly.

I am very happy with my boots. I have several pairs of Mucks in different heights and weights. This is my first pair of short boots. I especially like the aggressive bottoms for extra help in slippery conditions. They almost look too nice to get dirty

I would definitely say these fit about a 1/2 size too big. They are very comfy and great if you have a bit of a wider foot. They keep me warm and dry doing farm chores

Thanks for a great pair of boots! I bought them specifically for a trip to Mongolia, expecting lots of snowy weather, but ended up hitting a window of mild weather. So I donated them to one of the local workers at the non-profit I work for, who will get great usage of them during the long Mongolian winters!

My first experience of wearing them, they rubbed the back of both heels, which is a shame baring how much they cost. I’ve bought some heel cushions and they’re working. I think it’s something to improve on as other than that they’re perfect. A little more give in the top around the leg possibly too. Not a complaint, just suggestions.

I bought the boots to keep my feet warm and dry feet while working in the stables. They are perfect for that. Yesterday it was quite cold and it was raining cats and dogs. The boots did the job. I would not wear them on a hiking tour as they do not fit my feet like my hiking boots. They feel heavier and a bit clumsy. The seal over the zip is uncomfortable as it presses into the chin when crouching or driving but I got used to it.

these boots are great for mucking around outside & even jogging on concrete or woodland paths; they are a bit bulky/heavy, but that is why they are tough; the piece that velcro closes over the top of the zipper at the front ankle is tight & digs in so I have to leave it open so it doesnt make a bruise like xcski boots sometimes do trying to keep ankles safe

Love these boots. Just bought my 2nd pair of these. First pair survived just over 1000 miles of walking in a year & in all weathers with no blisters. Very supportive footbed and ankle. When the zip went (with my foot inside), I put a little WD40 on to the zip which meant I could get the slider up & down, and was able to reclose it, which worked a treat. I think a boot that lasts over a 1000 miles (even if it was only a year), is great value for money. I had to change them because I wore holes into the back of the ankle.

Sooooo comfortable wise excellent. The boots just don’t cut it for hard working girls on yards, sadly. I brought a pair which lasted a year, fair enough as I do wear my boots every day ALL day, in hard muddy conditions through winter, my first pair that I got in the spring died through winter, A ZIP when you work with horses just doesn’t work. I did like the comfort and the fact my feet were warm and dry I thought I got another pair if they lasted another year then that’s ok with me, considering how hard they get warn. My second pair the zip was very sticky from the start and it sadly didn’t last long before the zip broke, annoying as they are expensive. A full refund was given on the faulty goods and I decided that the artic 3/4 boot would be more suitable which are great!!! If you want these boots for say dog walking gardening, low key outside work then yes I’d highly recommend, for horse yard work, absolutely not, get a pair without the zip!!

Don’t bother. I loved them initially but the quality sadly isn’t there. Both zips broke, they cracked, let water in and basically didn’t do the job within 6 months of buying them. A shame and waste of money

The boots are fabulous fit and look. Sadly this is my third pair as they only last 6-10 months if you actually do walk the dog further than round the block every day. The quality is not good enough for high or medium performance and frankly the company do not care.

I got these boots last year. I’m a dog Walker and yes they are extremely waterproof which is essential. BUT they started to crack and the zip was faulty and then split. I returned them and they sent me an email saying I need to care for them properly. After thinking it was my fault I have got another pair of these boots and cared for them extremely well even buying their products to care for them. Zip has broke AGAIN . Do not buy

I love this boot. Comfortable right out of the box, warm and waterproof. Zero break-in time required, and I have extremely finicky feet, a bunion and a Morton's neuroma. Used daily for several hours in the barn and around the fields. Don't tweak it or ever stop making it, it's perfect!

Great around boot. Just find it catches the front of my lower shin. But if I don’t fully close with the Velcro strap it’s much better.

These boots were comfy & looked good, with great grip & sturdy. I bought them in July ready for Autumn/Winter, so only recently started wearing them & the zip has broke, its split whilst wearing them & cant get it back down, very nearly was left wearing the boot forever, but finally managed to pull my foot out. Really dissapointed though as I though these 'where the ones'... Currently liaising with customer service with regards to the fault. Won't be buying them again though

Don't purchase from this company, boots come up small and are bad quality for the price. Customer service is shocking they have a 14 day return policy, returns aren't free and you have to chase their customer service team for responses. Save your time and energy and buy an alternative

Had a 6 which split around heel quite quickly so bought a size up and after a few months its starting to wear at heel again. Worn for 5+ hours a day for dog walking/ driving. Shame as so comfy and sturdy on the sole.

Fab boots, bought for when bringing horses in through mud! Perfect for me as a standard size 6. Really comfortable even first time on, no rubbing or chafing. Kept feet, dry and warm. Highly recommended boot for the winter mud and wet.

They are great until they split. They should be strengthened at the back as the joined parts give way when pulling them on. The customer service is shocking they just didn’t want to know. I’d love muck boots to get this design right as if they lasted and remained watertight they would be my fav dog walking footwear.

Rubber split across top after about a year of low mileage wet weather dog walking. ( Not daily) No support from customer service other than ‘ consult our care guide’ Going to try puncture repair it as very expensive and comfortable boot but useless at keeping feet dry in wet weather

I've had 4 pairs of muck boots before. Very comfortable, can walk for miles. Only lasted 4 months before splitting badly at the heel. Complained and sent pictures, I was told it was the way I took them off... Absolute rubbish, I was super careful with them. Disgusted at the service.

I love this Boot……. I wore them for the 1st time for a whole day & my feet were so comfortable. I normally wear Orthotics but I don’t need them in either my long or (now) short Muck Boots. They’re also pretty cool looking on…. Love them

Expensive but well worth it. I walk a lot and get hot easily and these allow me to stay cool and have dry feet rather than short wellies which I find uncomfortable and trainers which always get wet walking.

Tight around the heel.

I've tried several types of muck boots for my job in a cold, wet, packing plant. I do a lot of walking and standing on my feet. I've had these for around a year now and they've held up better than anything I've gotten so far. The only wear they've really show is on my heel where the rubber get thin following the heel. Other than that the sole hasn't worn out, and the rubber along the foot hasn't cracked. Will absolutely be buying these again in the near future.

Haven't worn these yet so can't comment on the wear but they feel light and comfortable and hopefully will live up to my expectations.

Cracking boot. On the big size for fitting. I'm normally a 5.5/6 and a 5 was a perfect fit. Stiff at first but soon supple up

Out of all the boots I've ever owned these are by far my favourite! Very easy to get on and off fully waterproof and actually look good too! I'm a dog Walker and cover up to 20 miles per day, I've not had one blister or anything they are fantastic! I have since recommended it to many of my clients who have brought them aswell

Worse boots yet faulty when i brought them and they've just got worse from other areas of the boots 9 months old and ready for the bin and all i do is walk my dogs in them

I have had the long boots before but wanted something waterproof to dog walk in wet weather. I can walk for hours and these are comfortable, waterproof and quick to get on and off. Made from a waterproof rubberised material, water and mud are not a problem and they are perfect for my wider feet. I can be a UK 5-6 depending on general fit and width but went for the 5 (based on larger fitting long boots) and they are ideal with room for thicker socks if I wanted to so I would say they are a larger fit. I would say they are made more for practicality rather than style and are on the expensive side for what is a short rubber boot but just what I wanted. So pleased I waited for them to come back into stock.

I've had to rate as okay as I didn't get to wear the boots. I've had muck boots before & have to buy a size larger as I have wide feet.They are the comfiest boots but, unfortunately, these boots were too tight and had to be returned. You need to start doing your boots in a wider fitting.

The boots themselves are so comfortable but after 2 days I've had to stop wearing them until the bruising has healed which the boots have caused on both of my ankles at the top above the zip, they are cutting into my legs. I have very slim legs so the boots are not tight in any way. Otherwise they are very strong and tough which I need when I'm out walking on the moors with my dogs in all weathers.

This is the 2nd pair of these boots I've had, the 1st pair cracked across the top of the boot after a few months of daily wear. I'm hoping that this pair lasts a lot longer as they are the most comfortable, easy to wear boots for dog walking I've ever had.

I so much wanted to love these boots. I'd waited for them to come back in stock in my size. Sadly, although they fit very well (size 4 for a person who takes size 3) they are impossible to walk in because of the way the fastening works. Because the material is strong and rigid, they crumple and jab into the foot/leg joint as you walk along. Ordinary boots with a fastening across the joint area (don't know the tech term) that still have the rise of an ankle boot would be ideal, or the same design but using more elasticated fabric on both sides (more like horse-riding boots) might be better. I was looking for something that would keep my feet dry while dog-walking in wet grass/mud. Sadly, these had to go back to Muckboots.

These boots are great! I work in agriculture and these boots are perfect for those long hour, on your feet all day kind of days. These might be my first pair of work boots where my feet do not hurt at the end of the day. I ordered a half size up and they are bigger but I rather have more room for layering socks in the colder weather.

These boots are great for walking the dog and going on winter/muddy hikes. Couldn't recommend them more. So comfortable, so cozy.

The foot part of this boot is the most comfortable I have ever worn. It is roomy and soft and my foot has never gotten cold even in 2 hour winter walks. They really feel like winter boot slippers. They feel light on your feet and easy to walk in. The ankle part with the zipper and the velcro can feel a little tight at the beginning but has loosened up a little or I've gotten used to it. Sometimes I don't do the zipper all the way up and give some space in the velcro so they are more relaxed fit. I wear a solid 8 and these fit perfectly. I have a slightly wide foot and have perfect room, and can spread out and wiggle all my toes. If you have a very narrow foot this may be too wide.

Love these boots! The quality is excellent. They keep my feet dry and don't hold in moisture, therefore not foot smell. Walking in muddy terrain gives secure grip for walking. The fit is perfect to my feet. The boots are attractive. The zipper and velcro strap make it easy to put on and keep my feet secure, therefore reduce any chance of blisters. The price is reasonable for these boots. I rate these boots 5 stars out of 5.

After reading reviews i thought these may be huge, i am a fairly small 3 (can't wear slip ons), but these are spot on (can wear normal socks with them - after trying so many others. I have worn them everyday in snow, ice, slush and mud, far better than wellies to walk in, soles are great excellent ankle support, very comfy on long walks. The tab across the front is stiff, i fasten this on a slight angle down so its not an issue. The boots are a little on the heavy side but thats the soles. These are well worth the investment!

I take our 1-year-old dog on a long walk through the forest twice a day in the rainy weather and these boots have been amazing. My feet are now dry, warm, and comfortable even on the wettest of days.

Bought these for my wife and she loves them.

I am a letter carrier so on my feet all day so have been looking for the perfect boot. The first day I wore them they hurt right where the boot stopped. I now wear thicker socks and roll them for extra padding and no issue since. They are extremely comfortable and haven't hurt my feet at all. Definitely a purchase I am happy with I have a higher pair of muck boots but these work perfect when you don't need those.

These are the comfiest boots I've ever worn. They're really sturdy and supportive, have good grip and are 100% waterproof. My only criticisms would be that the zips can be quite stiff and sticky which is frustrating, and the Velcro at the top can dig into your shins a bit - sorted with a good pair of socks though!

I bought these boots for my daughter for all the muddy walks we make during her visits. She loves them - they look good, are dead comfy for walking and waterproof. Perfect.

I ordered these as often have to remove my arctic boots multiple times a day, so needed something easy to remove! They are easy to get on and off, and very comfortable, they're a bit on the pricy side, but worth it! I have several pairs of mick boots as does my husband, and they'll last for ages as we rotate depending on weather conditions. I do a lot of walking, so I hope they last as well as my other boots

I bought these boots primarily for dog walking and they haven't disappointed. They are totally waterproof very warm and comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have them slightly higher up the ankle. Just make sure you wear longer socks with them

They were great on my first day wearing them in the rain. I am never a person who avoids puddles. These shoes gives me confidence that my feet will not get wet on rainy days. The fit was perfect and I wore them all day inside and out during a rainy day.
