This winter boot features a waterproof neoprene bootie, warm fleece lining, thermal foam underlay and EVA moulded midsole that provides optimum comfort and warmth underfoot. These high-performance work boots have durable bob-tracker moulded outsoles for ultimate protection and stability. All Muck® Boots are constructed with high-grade materials and natural rubber. As a natural material, it is important your rubber boots are maintained and stored appropriately to help prolong their life.

The rubber and neoprene upper are very durable and clean up easily with tepid water to remove mud, debris and any contaminants. Allow to dry naturally at room temperature and condition regularly to keep the rubber supple. There are many examples of rubber boot care products on the market including Grangers Rubber Boot Care Spray.

For leather uppers use a suitable leather care product. Once dry, any woven/fabric upper panels can be gently brushed with a soft brush to remove any remaining mud.

Finally decided that my pair of Kamik boots weren’t cutting it, and I needed something with a little more oomf behind it. I work in footwear so I’m picky about what I wear on my feet, and I went through three pairs of Bogs before I decided to try the Arctic Pros, and holy smokes am I glad I switched to the Muck. I liked the Bogs Workman 17, but the calf opening was just too large for my taste, as the Arctic Pro has a nice snug opening that doesn’t let in the cold as much. This boot has been super comfy for the cold winter, and adding in a thicker insole, plus an extra thick Darn Tough sock just makes the experience even better. The lugs on the outsole are solid, I only ever experienced traction issues on straight up ice, however it isn’t a Vibram Arctic Grip sole so, I don’t expect stellar wet ice traction. All in all, well worth the money I paid for these, and I expect a good life out of them.

As many have stated in previous reviews, the camo wears off before the end of the 1st use! The fit is good, they functioned well for me, and the soles gave me pretty decent traction.

George Duncan First pair bought in Colebrook NH in 2011, worn every winter since( Farmington Scotland, not occasional use), still waterproof, a few welding and grinding scars, might treat myself for a new pair this Christmas 2020.

How long will they last. This is my third pair of Muck Boots. Like the others they are comfortable and warm. The first pair developed leaks around the heel, the second split on both boots on the instep. Having said that they were both three to four years old and were worn a lot. These ones seem more robust so I'm hoping they will last longer.
